Kingswell offers training experiences for emerging leaders who wish to journey together over 12 months, where they will undergo a series of Kingswell learning modules, one-on-one coaching, and frequent collaborative gatherings online. The overall purpose is to:

 

• Retool leaders with the hardware necessary to mentor and disciple more effectively in one's context. 

• Equip emerging leaders on how to sustain a missional community in one's context through mentoring relationships.

• Inspire emerging leaders to be innovators and catalysts of renewal within their cities and neighborhoods.

• Impact a social issue within their city with the prospect of offering an ongoing, sustainable remedy.

 

The entire training experience can be completed in one (1) year.

Cost for the experience is $899 and can be paid monthly at $89.90 deposit / $89.90 a month for 9 months; or $49.94 deposit / 49.94 per month for 18 months. 

 

Orientation starts in May, and modules start June 2023

 

Expectations:

• Four (4) core online learning modules.

• Once a month online or in-person meetings with a coach.

• Two (2) on campus modules on cultivating a social impact community.

• Two one-day residencies on campus.
